| The rapid development of the automotive industry and extension of roadconstruction has led to unprecedented prosperity of the tire manufacturing. Thisresulted in the rising of the production capacity, the production and the amount of dataprocessed within the enterprises. Although the cooperation and commercial relationamong enterprises are becoming closer, information lags because of the no-real-timecommunication. Due to the differences of technology and the lack of awareness,"information island" and "application island" appeared in the process ofinformatization.In response to these problems, this paper introduces a collaborative commerceplatform for tire manufacturing industry relying on MVC, dynamic proxy, data cacheand responsive design techniques. Based on the theory of collaboration, the platformcan not only achieve management of internal resources but also build a unifiedinformation management among enterprises. The customers, suppliers, distributorsand other partners are all included in the platform, and share the informationefficiently. With the full collaboration among enterprises, all the nodes of the interestschain achieve the maximization of benefit.Firstly, the paper discusses this collaborative commerce platform for tiremanufacturing industry from two aspects of technology and business model.According to the layered architecture design, the paper elaborates the platformarchitecture from four aspects and analyzes the business applications of the platform.Then, the paper discusses collaborative business models and collaborative operationalprocesses from the aspects of collaborative procurement, marketing, logistics, claimsand warehousing.Secondly, this paper introduces a lightweight web development framework. Based on practicability, scalability and maintainability, this framework draws lessonsfrom current web development frameworks, and analyzes the architecture and therequest processing. Compared with other frameworks, this framework is geared to theneeds of specific areas, so it avoids the waste of computing resources and memoryresources by general framework. Another innovation of this framework is thepagination module. This implements module reuse and improves the efficiency ofdevelopment.Then the paper introduces group aggregation algorithm and two-level accesscontrol system. Through group aggregation algorithm, orders are grouped reasonably.This design reduces time to look for goods location and shortens the distance forpicking goods. The two-level access control not only decreases the complexity oftemporary role management which caused by the access control based on role, butalso avoids the inefficiency of high-volume database retrieval by the access controlbased on operation.Finally, according to the given platform architecture design, we implements itusing the Java language and Oracle11g database with the aid of the Eclipse IDE. Inaddition, the paper carries on the pressure test for the platform and analyzes the testresult. |
