Research On Network & Databases Of Motor Components Manufacturing Enterprise

The main research content of this paper is network & databases of motor Components manufacturing enterprise Based on ISO/TS 16949, which is the new management standard of the automobile companies, and, also, in this paper, the design of the measurement instrument management part is focalized, I made great effort in this task along with a project, which is singed with certain automobile company. The content of this paper includes the whole system's request analysis, establishment of the databases, and the programming of some key part.In this paper, the writer firstly collected a rich content of the present status in domestic motor components manufacturing enterprises, and studied the new management standard-ISO/TS16949 in the motor components manufacturing enterprises, considering the latest theory of quality management and quality information technology in the motor components manufacturing field, the relationship between standard ISO/TS 16949 and the databases is deeply analyzed in this paper. And, then, the draft of the databases design and main structure of the networks in the motor components manufacturing enterprises based on ISO/TS16949 is presented. In the next part, I studied the theory of database design thoroughly. Finally, I give the detailed design of the measurement management system of motor components manufacturing enterprises.With the development of the quality information technology, modern quality management is in facing of great challenge. As a producing field of both labor force concentrated and technology concentrated, just like the motor components manufacturing enterprises, the viability of an enterprise is determined by the level of the mastery of quality information and response speed, so the importance of quality management information system goes without saying. In the process of setting up such systems, most enterprises could not acquire their anticipated effects, the main reason lies in that they have not carried out corporate design according to their own fact but run the software in a hurry. So the topic of network & databases of motor Components manufacturing enterprise Based on ISO/TS 16949 in this paper is practical guidance for the enterprise's informatization process, and, besides, practical programming activity in this paper is the best way for establishing the information system.
