Research And Design Of Public Security Office Automation System Based On Workflow Technology

Applying the workflow technology to integrating every business system of public security office becomes a new requirement in the process of information construction within public security department.The workflow model of public security office automation system is researched and analyzed, and the analysis of process model and organization model is emphasized in this thesis. Process model is the basis and core of the workflow model. A method based on extended activity-network diagram is used for modeling the process model, and the formalization definition of the process model is provided. An organization model of public security department is analyzed and constructed, and the concept of "workgroup" is referred to in order to support the "matrix management" of public security department. The method and mode of task assignment are introduced based on the organization model which is constructed in this thesis.The integration of public security office automation system and workflow engine is analyzed. The concrete function modules including initiating transaction module, pending transaction module, monitoring process module and document management module are designed and implemented. Based on the analysis of process model and organization model which belongs to public security office automation system, the process model of dispatch is deeply analyzed and introduced by using XPDL(XML Process Definition Language).This thesis analyzes and implements the key technology used in the development of public security office automation system. The approach of database paging based on storage procedure is introduced to improve efficiency of data access and inquiry. The ORM (Object Relationship Mapping) technology of Websharp is used to realize the separation of the concrete business data and database data. The extended application technology of activity attribute is brought in to implement the control of Web page which is relevant to workflow application. The task-jump mechanism is used for handling the urgent process in public security department.Public security office automation system which is implemented in this thesis has friendly Web user interface, strong maneuverability and quick retrieval speed. It provides a uniform platform for processing and managing workflow. Simultaneously for the special function of the public security department, the urgent process and recall mechanism is realized in this system, which has greatly enhanced the efficiency of public security department's handling affairs. Public security office automation system has received a good evaluation in the actual application.
