In order to meet the increasing demand of Distributed Energy Engineering applications,the research of distributed energy station control system is becoming more and more active.This paper takes the control system construction of the company's distributed energy station as the research subject,focusing on the design and implementation of the control system.The main research contents are divided into six parts.The first part of the paper introduces the background and significance of the construction of distributed energy station,the history and current situation of domestic and foreign research,and the requirements of automatic control system,design functions and indicators,to determine the research focus and difficulties,namely,control flow and data flow.The second part introduces the overall design of distributed energy station and equipment selection,design and operation mode.The third part is the hardware design of the control system,comparing the characteristics of PLC and DCS,choosing PLC and the selection,function and characteristics of the control module,so as to design the control system function,build the control system structure and formulate control strategy.The fourth part is the software design of the control system,which includes logic programming and human-computer interaction design.STEP7 V6.2 is used to program,SIMATIC WinCC V6.2 is used to configure,and data acquisition and communication are studied to solve the communication problems.The fifth part is debugging and verification of the control system,including hardware debugging,software debugging and functional simulation of the control system;verifying the realization of the control system indicators,using the data measured in the control system data acquisition part to calculate and verify the energy efficiency of the whole distributed energy station,and evaluating the feasibility and feasibility of the system.Effectiveness.The sixth part is the summary and Prospect of the whole paper.It summarizes the design and implementation of the control system,and prospects the future research work.Through the design and implementation of distributed energy automatic control system,this paper has important guiding significance for the control system logic programming and data acquisition and communication research,and also has very important value for engineering design and application.
