The development of society and the progress of technology make human's life longer increasingly, but at the same time people also face more and more human diseases. Human skin is the internal and external barriers of human body's sensory role in the external environment and the human body. Most human diseases can enter into the human body through the human skin. The condition of skin reflects the health of human. Therefore, measuring human skin not only can reflect the situation of human skin health directly, but also it is an important object of human aging research. So it is very important to measure many indicators of human skin and analysis for preventing the disease early.This thesis introduces the importance and feasibility of measuring human skin, and analyzes the current domestic and foreign research on the skin forefront. Given the current domestic and foreign research on human skin limits one or two indicators or relying on traditional testing methods to study human skin with microscope. The paper proposes the integrative concept of design of human skin and diagnostic testing. It has been completed on the collection transmission process and present of the temperature, humidity pH value indicators. The conceive of the system is that transmitting human skin temperature, humidity, the pH value of three indicators collected by advanced skin transducer to digital processing chips (DSP) for processing ,then exporting the result to the PC through the USB interface and using what the user program can dispose and display.Author introduces design concept of the entire system in the second chapter, and gives the structure of the system diagram;it is introduced the hardware circuit design of this system in Chapter III, including the circuit design of collecting the human skin temperature humidity and the value of pH, the brief introduction of digital processing chips (DSP) profiles, introducing the TMS320C5402 chip used in the hardware design of the entire system ,the content of the hardware circuit design of USB interface;It is introduced the software design of the system in Chapter IV, including the software design of the DSP chip, the USB firmware design procedure, USB-driven process design and user interface design process;It is introduced the entire software testing in Chapter V.It is summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the entire system in the end. Author also puts forward the hope of realizing the other indicators of human skin early.The search on the measurement system of skin for human based on Digital Signal Processing had been finished, and gives a test for the application program for the measurement system of skin for human. It is a very important step for the measurement and diagnose in human skin.
