Grounded on the defect detection of fabric material, this paper tells us the research purport and builds up Hardware and software program of CCD (Charge Coupled Device)online-detection based on DSP(Digital Signal Processing).Every part of CCD online-detection system based on DSP is elaborated in this paper. It mainly includes the following contents: The first part is linear CCD sensing technique which firstly discusses the CCD function and chooses TCD1206 as linear CCD using for online-detection sensor. It also introduces the basic structure and working principle of TCD1206, then analyses the driving time sequence of TCD1206 on emphases and designs its driving and processing circuit of output signal . Through the actual test, it can be seen that the driving and processing circuit of output signal have such advantage as simple circuit, credible work and easiness for DSP connection. In the second part, it analyses each function module of universal DSP chip TMS320F2812. Then expatiates its universal input and output , timepiece and timer, interrupt management and SCI serial communicating interface in detail, and gives corresponding program. In the meanwhile, it designs the hardware and software diagram based on CCD driving circuit of DSP and its signal collection. The DSP in this article fulfills the drive on CCD, signal collection and signal processing in advance, then transmits the collecting signal to upper PC through USB. Through actual movement, one can see that the project's hardware is simple, the way of software design is clear and continuous movement is normal. The third part of the article is the serial communicating interface USB which simply expatiates the enumerating process and transmission mode of USB equipment, introduces the PDIUSBD12 chip in detail. It designs hardware schematic which communicates between PDIUSBD12 and upper computer, introduces processing procedure of communication agreement with diagram. The last part is the image processing. In the first place, we should apart the defect target from the image background, and then describe the defect target. The processing technique that combines borderline chain code with filter image improves the exactitude of system detection and distinction.CCD online-detection system based on DSP which applies to defect sense in weave lining is a brand-new applying problem. This problem belongs to the examining technology of computer vision which continuously develop and perfect. In this area, the research at present in domestic and international is still the detection of ashen cloth, which will be more difficult in the detection of chromatic cloth. With the perfect of theory and maturity of industrial application, there will be more and more application of examining technology of computer vision. With the high speed processing capability of DSP, online-detection and real time control system of CCD can be realized. This research production can be extended to other fields and will have a good application foreground.
