According to the demand of information development and current communication technology, this paper gives a way of the design and realization for one kind of wireless data terminal DTU based on CDMA1X. Adopting the idea of Embedded system design, this DTU chooses ATmegal28 as the main MCU, NUT/OS as operation system, implements system function by cooperating hardware design with software design.CDMA1X is one kind of new mobile communication operation.it is the mobile communication technology developed for optimizing CDMA network as 2.75 generation. It has upgraded wireless interface at the basis of IS-95 CDMA network, and supports high speed data transmission.it has achieved high speed internet operation.NUT/OS is one distinctive free real time operation system.For its succinctness, agility, having its own TCP/IP socket, supporting PPP protocol, NUT/OS has been seemed as a special OS for Embedded network devices.The paper emphasizes the design and realization of wireless data terminal DTUAt the basis of analysing CDMA1X grouping data network and NUT system, using AVR WEBSERVER as hardware design platform, ICC as intergrate software develop environment, the DTU embeds NUT/OS into ATmegal28, controls Ethernet chip and CDMA module, implements TCP/IP PPP protocols, helps serial devices communicate with Internet with line and without line.In this design ,CDMA1X network has gived a good performance for its large capability, easily getting.Meanwhile,NUT/OS helps MCU implement system functions.This has proved that NUT is compatible with ATmegal28,and it is a very good choice for Embedded system design.This study is adapted to the development of current wireless communication technology, fulfils the demand of information develpment.Meanwhile it provides some practical foundations for the design of Embedded network devices.It has provided with definite practicality. |
