| In the recent years, IP-based user applications are becoming increasingly popular and the Internet technology has emerged as the major driving force behind new developments in the area of telecommunication networks. Meanwhile, mobile networks face a similar trend of growing importance to users. The rapid deployment of wireless devices is changing the way people communicate and conduct business. In addition, the rich personalized services of the wireless Internet will bring even greater value to the Users. The combination of both developments, the growth of the Internet and the success of mobile networks, suggests that the next trend will be an increasing demand for mobile access to Internet applications.It is therefore increasingly important that mobile data networks support these applications of kinds of industries in an efficient manner. But we are the initial stage of the deployment for the mobile data environment at Home. It mainly focuses on . the publican and the individual field. As to the industry and enterprise applications, there are few mature,security, reliable cases. Moreover, in such a hybrid environment where clients are connecting to ever growing networks in an ad-hoc fashion, the security requirements of such practices become even more important.This dissertation makes a study of security issues of the Mobile Data communication in industry application. In the first place, a design of implementation applications for police department is introduced. The dissertation focus on how to implement the enterprise network systems ofinformation security, which contains six security model: Security Management Alert, Attack guard, Attack examination, emergency response, restore measure. It put emphasis on the deployment infrastructure of VPN network, the security trait for mobile terminal and the implement to network security equipment such as GAP, Router or software systems.
