The Application Research And Exploitation Based On Soft-Components Technology In ERP

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), is a new type of management model insuccession of MRPII (the Manufacture Resource Planning). It takes MRP as the center,merges the advanced technologies such as the ideas of supply chain and network. ERPdeveloped very fast recently, and brings giant economic benefits for enterprise.However, the ERP developed by the conventional method had many problems, such asthe big investment, the long practice periodic, the poor reliability and multiplexing, and it ishard to transplant maintenance. In additional, because ERP is a typical distributed system,how to solve the interoperations of distributed objects in the isomate circumstance becomesthe key to practice ERP successively. In view of this, a new tragedy to develop ERP system isdiscussed in the paper, which is based on the soft-components technology.In this paper, we take MPS as an example and mainly do work as follows:(1) summarize the ERP, and determine the purpose of the study;(2) analyse and design the models of the MPS by the UML modeling technology;(3) divide, structure and package the components of MPS based on the CORBAsoft-component;(4) assemble the soft-components of MPS, implement the system;(5) run the system and analyse its performance;The system analysis indicates that the method can shorten the development cycle, reducethe investment, the system stability is good and the maintenance is easy, at the same time itsolves the interoperations of objects in the isomate circumstance.
