Along with the internet quick developing and a great deal automatic hydrological telemetry systems building, differentiable hardware flat, differentiable operation systems and differentiable database systems lead isomerous questions are more grave day after day. Automatic hydrological telemetry systems include several no same DBMS, for example RDBMS and ODBMS, no factories of productions are no SQL API. This is no kinds database integrating questions. At present a lot of automatic hydrological telemetry systems form one by one information islands. Every system can't share at the data, it is difficult at dealing with decision-making system under national general headquarters for flood prevention and drought control, and can't collect every area's data. As at same time perfecting data transfers at network, must solve integrating questions in automatic hydrological telemetry systems, this come true information share. At first we tell the integrating question of no same DBMS in the system under national general headquarters for flood prevention and drought control. About the question, we introduce that dealing with it have several mostly format currently, for instance, more databases system, copy, moving transforming of data, and middleware technology. Middleware technology includes that the data integrating bases on COM/DCOM, Java Beans, CORBA, XML. Under analyzing we find they have same lack. In the interest of making up and settling very well, we advise that data integrating base on CORBA and XML. we apply it the system under national general headquarters for flood prevention and drought control, and completing this system. At last we summarize the article and expect developing in the future.
