Research And Realization On IDSS Of Drought And Flood Evaluation In AnHui Province

Meteorological disasters evaluation in our country extensively adopts traditional Decision Support Systems (DSS). IDSS of drought and flood evaluation was designed by combining Expert System and Artificial Intelligent Technology, introducing Intelligent Decision Support Systems (IDSS), which was based on climate change's variety and frequent disasters of Anhui province.Intelligence Decision Support System (IDSS) is built by integrating Artificial Intelligence, Expext System and Decision Support System . IDSS can effectively solve the problem of how qualitative analysis is combined with quantitative analysis and those structured and non-structured problems, extend its scope which it can deal with, and improve the decision ability. IDSS of drought and flood evaluation was put forward because of the frequent meteorological disasters occurred in Anhui province, which has caused billions of losing every year. IDSS has great practical significance for its estimating agro-meteorological disasters accurately in time.In this paper, firstly, the climate feature and drought-flood disaster distribution rules of Anhui province were introduced. Then the system structure and function, the research conditions and development trend of IDSS which based on Agent model were discussed. According to knowledge acquisition by application of IDSS and combing with the application of Expert System, the model database and model database system, knowledge database and reasoning mechanism theory were introduced.Basing on the theory mentioned above, according to the main meteorologicaldisasters in Anhui province--drought and flood, this paper presents the designmethod for drought-flood disaster evaluation IDSS, including the design and establishment of drought-flood disaster database and knowledge database, the reasoning mechanism of drought-flood disaster knowledge database. The disaster defense countermeasure system was built.At last, IDSS of Drought and Flood Evaluation in Anhui province was designed. Including general design of system, the realization of model base system and knowledge base system, so that it can make a wide space to research IDSS.
