This project is devolved by Changzhou Kejing Electonic Co., LTD(High-tech Company of Jiangsu Province).With the more and more popular application of computer network, the requirements of information management have been enhanced, and it's meaningful of how to design a kind of supervisory control system of door entry based on Ethernet which can support multi-method of identifications and work steadily. Based on the using of the technology of computer, network communication and embedded system, the embedded supervisory control system of door entry is studied deeply.In the paper, the related content about the system is studied, and the users' requirements are analyzed, and a new design based on Ethernet is promotted. The supervisory control software of server and the hardware and software of door entry controller are implemented and tested. In the hardware design, the ARM7 MCU is its core, and the capability of Ethernet communication and multi-method of identifications is realized. The software of door entry controller is composed of embedded uClinux operation system, JFFS2 file system, embedded database named SQLite, drivers and application program. The supervisory control software of server based on database and network communication has the functions of control and devices management. The system based on C/S model is a kind of steady and expandable distributed system, and perform well by test.The fields of the paper involve computer, network communication, embedded operation system and circuit design and so on. The innovation of the thesis is the scheme of verification with three-level database which is useful to the stabilization of the system, and the building cost of the system can be saved owing to Ethernet communication, so it takes on high practical value and extending significance, and has referenced value to the design of other embedded systems.
