Thesis is based on modern production management idea and compute network technique, faced with assembly enterprise and aimed at assembly workshop management kernel—product assembly plan looked on as the object of research. Purpose is for integration of product assembly information, optimization on working procedure time of product assembly and realization on science management of product assembly.Some questions about implementation of enterprise product assembly information system are analyzed after dissertation on ERP development road map, corresponding theory and base concepts .The solution to product assembly information system based on web is brought forward. Base idea, characteristics and advantages of solution are described in detail. Kernel technique -model on product assembly structure and optimum algorithm on working procedure time of product assembly have already investigated. Planar table structure is used to denote product assembly information. Classification of network plan is inducted to optimum algorithm on working procedure time of product assembly. The thesis takes assembly of automobile crane for example. Design of related functional module has already achieved, including main assembly plan, product assembly management and product data etc.Product assembly information system based on web is the interactive applied system. Three- layer system structure—B/S model is used. .Net framework is adopted as base platform , database technique and .NET technique are synthetically made use of. OOP design method and UML are used for aided modeling.System development is based on modeling of software engineering and new .NET technique. Combination of practical question during production and Internet/Intranet technique is very compact. Other analogous development about information system can use for reference.
