Experimental fast reactor is the first fast reactor of China, it accumulates engineering experience for future development, and its most important request is absolute safety. Based on experimental fast reactor fuel exchange (FE), the thesis deals with the design of human-machine interface (HMI) and database functions .China experimental fast reactor FE supervisory control (SC) system is a complicated large-scale computer SC system. As per the capability demand and design principle, which requested by technologic process of the experimental fast reactor FE, the thesis designs SC degree of the system. Information SC of the FE courses, is achieved by two hot standby industry control computer, configuration software and back-ground database, and uses Ethernet to share the information. Using a configuration software called Kingview as the technical plat, the man-machine interface of the system is developed, main function of it is supervise and control: supervise function means using graphics and digital data to display the spot situation and alarm report of the malfunction; control function means operating the system with semi-automatic (SE) control and remote control and undisturbed switching the control manner. For the system to running more safely and reliably, the man-machine interface involves other interrelated functions such as: setting safety logging and operate authority to effectively avoid miss-operation; simulating and demonstrating in sorts of work situation to train the workers of the nuclear station. Since the FE course is complex, and much information should be recorded, database function is necessary. It includes: inquiring about the FE information forms; recording the journey and position of the fuel to offer database support for creating a FE plan form; providing parameter for full-automatic and SE control.For the reasonable structure, perfect functions and high reliability, this system provides practical and compact HMI, and details real-time information to operator, ensures the safety of the FE process.
