The whole control process of ethyl acetate chemical production is divided into foursections. There are reaction kettle section, neutralization tank section, distillation section andsieve plate tower section. The task of the first section is obtaining primary product, and the usedequipment is intermittent reactor with stirrer. During reaction process, temperature is the maininfluence factor, whether it is stable directly affects production quality and productivity.Therefore, an intelligent control strategy is proposed which selects reactor as an object andoptimizes its aimed temperature in this thesis. The strategy has practical significance to stabilizeproduction and improve product quality.Based on summary of research status at home and abroad, reactor equipment is used ascontrolled object whose input and output characteristics are analyzed in this subject, then a anew control strategy proposed. The strategy uses Siemens S7-300PLC as control platform andthe picture as monitoring interface designed by configuration software(KINGVIEW6.52). Thecontrol program is written in PLC programming software. Summing up the rule of thumb, theaimed temperature has been optimized based on humanoid intelligent control theory. Setting theoptimized aimed temperature as expected value and researching algorithm to achieve effectivecontrol for reactor temperature automatically, and adding the interpolation calculation, a designof reactor aimed temperature optimization based on interpolation fuzzy control is proposed.Matlab simulation software is used to verify the feasibility of strategy. On Siemens S7-300PLCcontrol platform, the subject completes the hardware connection and design of softwaremodules. On the PC, the design of monitoring screen based on\configuration software iscompleted. Under all the work, the monitoring and control to temperature of reaction process isrealized.This strategy is simulation run on ethyl acetate chemical production line in the laboratory.The actual operation shows that the design of reactor aimed temperature optimization based oninterpolation fuzzy control still can solve control disorders brought by the large inertia,hysteresis and non-linear characteristics without accurate mathematical model of reactor. Though the fuzzy rules are rarely, it can reduce response time and obtain good control resultsby using off-line calculation and on-line look-up table method. This control scheme has ahigher use value and can be extended to other similar heat treatment system.
