Embedded Human-computer Interface Design Based On Configuration Software

The rapid developments of computer’s hardware and software technology drive the development of the embedded human-machine interface. The man-machine interface of the application becomes more and more widely in the field of industrial control for monitoring. Embedded human-machine interface based on configuration software is employing a way of building blocks to edit industrial control interface. It can make all kinds of industrial control object for some abstract graphics objects and components to use the configuration in the form of establishing the control relationship between these objects, which is advantageous for the observation and control.Embedded configuration software is divided into two parts. one is based on the PC configuration software which is mainly responsible for PC monitor interface’s editing; Another is based on the lower machine touch screen of configuration software, and the function is to redraw PC monitor interface which is responsible for the communication between PLC and other systems. In this paper, the main work and innovation of engineering application include the following aspects:First, putting forward embedded human-computer interface design on the basis of the traditional configuration software, and selecting a reasonable development environment, and designed the lower machine system which can build a configuration with a upper machine system. The Lower machine system includes software and hardware.Secondly, this paper introduces the configuration software embedded in the functional needs and the subjectivity of the graphical interface structure, and analyzes the receiving data in a machine of the specific meaning; Others, to analyze the process of the entire data parsing and analytical method of concrete realization.Finally, drawing the good man-machine interface is applied to practical engineering projects, and realizing the real-time monitoring of mine Wells in some environment variables; It can well completed the functions and ensure the safety of the staff.
