| Experimental fast reactor is the first fast reactor of China, it accumulates engineering experience for future development, and its most important request is absolute safety. Based on experimental fast reactor fuel exchange, the thesis deals with the design and development of this supervisory control system.According to technological requirements, the thesis makes a whole design of supervisory control system of experimental fast reactor. The supervisory control system has two layers: field control layer and supervisory layer. The former, which includes PLC and field control instrument, is to accomplish field control and data acquisition, transmits data by CC-Link field bus. The latter, which is made up of IPC, configure software and data base, is used to monitor information of the whole fuel exchange process, communicates with Ethernet to share information. Supervisory and control interfaces are configured and programmed to realize the function of supervising, alarming of abnormal signals, logging of history data, guiding of control, using the configuration software of kingview. The thesis stressed realization process of supervisory control layer, include the using of configuration software, database management, report create and so on.For the reasonable structure, perfect functions and high reliability, this system provides practical and compact HMI(human machine interface), and details real-time information to operator, ensures the safety of the fuel exchanging process. |
