The Design And Implementation Of A Contract Management System Based On Content Management

Contract management is the origination and termination of enterprise operation flow. It runs through the whole process of enterprise inner operation deployment. At the same time, modern Enterprise Information Systems are converting data management pattern into content management pattern. Under the circumstance, we introduce the ideas of content management, design and implement a Contract Management System based on Web.Firstly, the paper introduces the relative techniques and some development measures. Secondly, based on the analysis of current Contract Management Systems, the paper brings forward the goals of our system. Next, the paper presents the design of the system in detail by applying the ideas of content management, and gives out the implementation of some core modules. In the last part of the paper, we put forward some personal opinions about the system.By adapting the ideas of content management, the Contract Management System introduced in this paper is provided with strong generalization, powerful flexibility and high data utilization. The author believes the discussion about the development of Management Information System, such as system design based on content management and multi-format output technique based on Web, will be helpful to the developers in this field.
