Construction Contract Management System Design And Implementation

Contract management system, which is an indispensable component of the enterprise business management, plays a very important role in the enterprise information system construction. The application of contract management system has met the enterprise contract management standardization, efficiency, scientific and other requirements. But because of the impact of software positioning unreasonable and other factors, the currant contract management system also has limitations in the aspects of the system structure, the contract structure generation, data utilization and general contract management system and special requirements and so on.In response to the above situations, and based on the detailed analysis of the existing contract management systems, the Extended RBAC Model and the ideas of Content Management has been introduced, the database technology and the ASP.NET technology and so on has also been used , then designs construction project contract management system which has realized under the Web way. During the design and realized process it has done the following tasks.Firstly, the B/S model and the ideas of content management and so on have been introduced briefly. Then based on the demand analysis and the feasibility analysis of the System, the general design goal of the System is put forward.Secondly, the design of the System has been introduced in detail. During the design of the complex functional modules in the System, Business Model has been used to describe the system business rules; In the database design, Concept Data Model of the system and Physical Data Model has been designed in detail; The authorization module that bases on the extended RBAC and the contract management module that bases on the ideas of content management have been modeled selectively.Then, the realization of the System has been described in detail. The way of combining the program flow chart, operation interface and the typical code has been used to mainly describe the implementation of the three-tier architecture, the rights management module, the contract management module,and solutions to the typical problems in the system have been enumerated.Finally, the implementation of the System has been described simply. Black Box Testing has been done to the contract query module, and Web Application Testing has been done to test the System function and browser compatibility. The result of the tests shows that the System has basically met the user's requirements.
