Anti-Theft Tracking System Study And Impliment Based On GPRS And GPS

Communication base station of mobile company has some traits,such as large in quantity, wide in distribution, dispersive in positon and complex situation. The equipments in base station is very important part for communication network. Equipment safety and stable operation is guaranteed to the communication network. The equipment is usually expensive. Because of these characteristics, it is necessary to send someone on-site to maintain these equipments. Wild environment means inefficient, high cost. Therefore, anti-theft tracking system for the base station is very necessary.Anti-theft tracking system designed in this paper is mainly used for the security of base station equipment, to real-time monitoring, location and tracking the stolen equipment. Starting from how the accelerometer works, a smart way to determine whether the device is stolen is set out. According to different work condition, various working modes were set, and a scientific power management system was designed. This paper mainly describles the hardware and software separately, detailing describling the implementation of the system. Through a series of test case were done to verificate the system.The hardware design of the system is mainly describled from the accelerometer, fuel guage, GPRS module, GPS module. In this paper, the function realization and the working process is describled. Some of the core circuit is given. Based on eCOS operating system, according to the existing hardware system, the drive modules were designed and the upper layer application implementation was also realized.Due to advanced sensor technology and power management technology, the system has a real time, high accuriacy, and low power characteristic. The system was simulated on-site testing, and achieved good results. Some products have been designed to put into trial operation in India.
