With the development of economic globalization and information technology revolution, the new media of communication within the enterprise has dominated, modern business organizations increasingly flat and long-distance division of labor, physical team, virtualization and virtual teams have added new media communication technologies rely on the media of communication has become a management core competencies. How effective media communication, improve the performance of virtual team managers, the team is important. Therefore, this latest in the comb on the basis of the relevant research literature, the use of media choice theory and the theory of team trust, using the actual state of quasi-laboratory simulation experiments to explore the different type of task teams to communicate using different forms of new media on the team trust, and cooperation performance impact of trust and cooperation and team performance relationship. To communication theory as a new form of media / media combinations matching the task to provide guidance to domestic research and team management communication practices for reference.The results show that (1) The temporary virtual team no matter what type of task, communication forms had no significant effect on team trust, all teams have shown a high level of trust, the trust confirmed the theory of temporary teams quickly; ( 2) The temporary virtual team communication forms on team performance have an impact, especially in decision-making a significant difference in time to verify the media richness theory; (3) the task type is a new form of media communication and the performance impact of cooperation a key factor, shared intellectual space to communicate best suited to the task, but not for negotiation based tasks, audio communication in the two task types are produced in cooperation with higher performance. (4) The temporary virtual team, team trust and team performance related. In decision-making time, the team trust and consultation based tasks, decision time was significantly negatively correlated; in decision-making quality, team trust and decision-making quality is not significantly correlated; in the subjective cooperative performance, the team trust and cooperative performance (subjective) in intelligence based tasks and consultations based tasks has emerged a significant positive correlation, that is, the higher the team trust, the higher the subjective cooperative performance.
