The specific relationship between corporate social media use and team innovation performance,and how corporate social media use affects team innovation performance and boundary conditions have been an important topic in academic research in recent years.Under the realistic background,this paper,based on the related theories of corporate social media,transactive memory system and team innovation performance,finds out the theoretical gap that the use of corporate social media affects innovation performance through literature review.Based on the social information processing theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model among enterprise social media use,transactive memory system,team innovation performance and task interdependence from research perspective,and establishes the hypothesis of direct effect of enterprise social media use on team innovation performance,the hypothesis of mediation effect of transactive memory system and the hypothesis of moderating effect of task interdependence by using relevant theories.Based on the survey,the data of 608 employees collected this paper were analyzed from reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis using AMOS and SPSS,and the hypothesis of this paper was verified proposed in this paper.Through empirical research,we can find that:(1)The use of social media has a significant positive impact on team innovation performance.Specifically,the use of social media mainly includes three levels:social use?cognitive use and recreational use all have significant positive effects on team innovation performance;(2)The use of social media has a positive impact at team's transactional memory system.Especially,social and cognitive uses have a significant relationship with the team's transactional memory system,but recreational uses have no significant influence on the team's transactional memory system;(3)Transactive memory partially mediates the relationship between on the social media use and team innovation performance.From the study,we know that the team's transactive memory system will be play intermediary role between the two dimensions of the social media use and to the team innovation performance,however,it has no significant the mediating effect of entertainment use at the team innovation performance;(4)Task dependency performance in social media has a positive relationship between the transactive memory system and the team play a positive role in regulating,in particular,in accordance with three dimensions of social media use,the performance of each task was positively correlated with the use of the and transactive memory system and the team play a positive role in adjusting.The research conclusions obtained in this paper clarify how the use of social media in enterprises affects team innovation performance in different dimensions,as well as the boundary conditions of these effects,which enriches the current theoretical research results on the use of social media.At the same time.This article can provide some enlightenment for enterprises to use social media to improve their performance innovation performance and innovation management.
