The performance usually is referred to behavior, performance and results which be setfor assessment, performance assessment is used to examine and verify the performance, todetermine the team and the individual to set a target of the understanding, implementationprocess and results, it is in order to differentiate good from bad and as a judge and punishfoundation.Performance assessment has been an important measure which is used by all kinds oforganization, team, and group for the examination of teams and individual performance,ability and work results.Since ancient times, performance evaluation has been applied and ithas been continuous researched and improvements to suit the demand of the development ofcontemporary society.Many people think of the performance assessment comes from the western culture, butChinese application performance evaluation has been a very long history, Back to the periodof three emperors and five sovereigns, we got Chinese historical records from the Qin andHan Dynasties, the government began to execute achievement assessment for the officials,western society application performance evaluation was at the beginning of the nineteenthCentury, ours were earlier than Western application performance evaluation for thousands ofyears, in the Chinese history, the Tang Dynasty, Song Dynasty, Ming Dynasty, the officialperformance assessment has been studied and optimized, the assessment content is far beyondthe western countries, but the performance of in-depth research and extensive application wasstarted from the west, Europe and the United States government agencies and manyenterprises have established independent performance evaluation and performancemanagement, specializing in the performance assessment and management work.With the development of computer technology, performance evaluation and theapplication of computer technology have been more and more close, at the last century90’s,there have specialized performance assessment software systemin many large enterprises,since then, many professional performance company also launched the special performanceplatformfor many organizations and enterprises, mechanism and enterprises can be tailored tothe individual and team performance evaluation. During this period the computer technology based performance evaluation platform metropolitan designed several sets of questionanswering template, the answers includedworkabilityand work attitude, team work spirit andother aspects, computer paper would be showed to team leaders and team members, teamleader and team member scored those and finally system would calculate the scores in orderto draw the assessment and evaluation team scores.With the in-depth study of theory, many researchers believe that the original performanceevaluation content has deviated from the original goal of the work, been lack of worklong-term tracking, and in the assessment process, evaluation of subjective consciousness willaffect evaluation examination results, therefore, performance evaluation has been furtherdevelopment, from a score of system evaluation to be methods that are for the progressivedevelopment and working target and working content consistent assessment.This paper discussed the team performance assessment based on task is with the targetsand tasks for process optimization has been a new performance evaluation method. The basicidea is that during the working, according to the working target and the practical demands, wewill divide the work content into many tasksby the priority and importance of different releaseto the team members, the publishing process is described in this paper forin the system, andeach task assessment can on the execution of the task for assessmentin the execution of eachtask process and after the completion of execution, the system will automatically collect theresults of the assessment of each task, according to the needs of the team, you can choosedifferent period on the team for the selected task evaluation results obtained automaticsummary, evaluation results.This is based on the team performance evaluation has the advantage of the overall jobtarget differentiation into several tasks, assessment of each task assessment, ensure theperformance evaluation results not from work target; at the same time, avoiding the originalassessment methods lack of long-term tracking of the missing point; and, as each taskassessment and evaluation not the same, evaluation is based on the task assessment, so that, inaddition to basic up existing in evaluation of the influence of subjective consciousness.In this paper I describe many kinds of technical include Oracle database modeling, Java,SHE architecture (struts+hibernate+spring), photoshop, Dreamweaver, CVS, MicrosoftProject and so on many kinds of software technology.Thanks to guidance from my teachers.
