In order to realize the static load test system of wind turbine blades,the system is studied and implemented in this paperThe test system is divided into the test bench,the leaf and the fixing device and the automatic control module.This paper gives a detailed analysis and introduction of the design method of the automatic control module,And the system is realized by the actual project.The tension sensor,traction mechanism and Mitsubishi PLC module composition automatic control module,can freely switch between manual control and automatic control,to control the on-off of the power of servo motor,the direction of change and the speed of increase or decrease;and in the configuration module and the code added security considerations to make some tips and warning function.In the process of automatic control,the PI algorithm is used to integrate the data of multi point tension sensor,and the output force is controlled.By controlling the full range F/T ratio of the control force,the calc ulation of the traction force coupling relationship is avoided,and the automatic control function based on force closed loop control is completed.This PI control algorithm also has a certain versatility and portability.In this paper,the deformation and displacement of wind turbine blades are also studied.Using displacement sensors,strain gauges and MDR high precision acquisition equipment to monitor and record the state of the blade in real-time monitoring and recording of the test,the circuit is als o related to the acquisition of different signal analysis and design.Tests prove that the test system makes the automation degree of the fan blade static loading test greatly improved.For multi point static loading precision is improved significantly,loading effect and speed is obviously superior to the traditional test system;static loading test for wind turbine blades reached loading continuous,stable,coordinated effect,fully meet the requirements of the static loading test of blade.The design of static loading system,change the widespread domestic use of semi automatic loading mode,can improve the stability of test data accuracy and test process,shorten the test time,and achieve the traction force error is less than 1.5%,test time is not more than 4 hours.
