Wind energy development and utilization is the key to solve the energy crisis and reduce environmental pollution. The country attaches great importance to the use of wind power and grand wind power as an new emerging industry in China. The total installed capacity of wind gearbox in China has reached the world’s first,the wind turbine gearbox as an important drive components in the wind turbine gearbox, the localization rate is not high, especially of more than3MW wind turbine gearbox in the country have no mature products. The test is a necessary means for research and development and quality testing of the gearbox. Research and improvement of high-power wind turbine gearbox test stand will contribute to the improvement of the quality of research and development and product megawatt wind turbine gearbox.This thesis is based on manufacturers require to improvement wind power gearbox test platform of control system, thorough research on the wind turbine gearbox test platform loading principle and control system on the basis of the original test platform to be improved and realize the automatically load and real-time monitoring and increased the input and output torque wireless measurement.The program on the system implemented on the basis of the original control system. Mitsubishi PLC FX1N-40MR series using the original test bench for the next crew, notebook Visual Basic6.0software as a PC SC09programming cable and PLC communications. Achieve a load operation on the test bench automation and real-time monitoring of the operation state of the test rig and manual and automatic interlock switch and write own PC monitoring software. Torque measurement using the ADI’s AD8230YR linear amp chips, and with NRF24L01radio frequency chip STC microcontroller communication, design the2â†'1full-bridge radio torque acquisition instrument。Torque measuring instruments detect soft using the host computer for VisualBasic6.0combined crystal writing software.This thesis ultimately the test bench automatically load monitoring system, developed on the test gear box input and output torque and the casing stress and strain measurement circuit is completed on this basis.
