Research On The Academic Communication Model And The Information Distribution Of Network

Academic communication is an important component of scientific activities and important means of promoting scientific development. By effective academic dissemination, researchers can exchange academic information rapidly and generally, and promote the development of scientific activities, thus promoting the growth of knowledge. Along with the development of computer and network technology, environment of academic communication has a tremendous change. More and more scientific researchers are eager to exchange academic information through the Internet. Digital information is gradually becoming a mainstream of academic information resource in the field of academic communication. The rapid development of Internet offers new methods for academic communication and also leads to the reformation of the academic communication system. The academic resources of Internet are important ways which carry on research and access data. They impact greatly on scientific research and change every aspects of academic communication.In this paper, academic information exchange system based upon network is systematically elaborated in its way and process. The elaboration starts from the network carrier and has a basis of information exchange fundamentals. After data collection via questionnaire, distribution and communication of academic information in network environment is investigated. Meanwhile, "Scirus" science search engine is used to gather academic information in library and information science. In this way, quantitative analysis can be done to network information distribution in official, semi-official and non-official channels and the distribution law can be found. The thesis has a theoretical and practical research on the relation of academic information distribution and academic information communication. The distribution characteristics of academic information in network environment and its influences upon information exchange are summarized. Some reasonable and feasible suggestions for the enhancement of academic exchange are also made, and this has great significance for the better academic information communication.
