Network is increasingly becoming an important platform of academic seminar, research cooperation and information exchange for scientific researcher. So investigating academic information distribute phenomenon and laws could organize the network resources more effectively, establish more effective searching method and grasp the flow of network information management and control effectively. In this paper,Scirus search engine'advanced search functions were used for for data collection. An investigation into the distribution of academic information, compare the webpage unit and journal unit under network environment were described and get the following conclusions:1.Similar to Bradford law,the distribution of academic information resources still reflect on the centralization and decentralization under network environment."Most of the information concentrated in a handful of electronic journals or website" and datas show clearly the validity of the 80/20 rule.Bradford law is applicable to network survey with some new features.2.The distributions of academic information resources are difficult in different types of units, characteristics of different types shown by the focus on decentralization of each with distinct characteristics. And the distribution does not fit the typical proportion fully:1:a:a~2.The academic information distribute phenomenon of the network academic information further scatter and information concentrate weak.3.Mathematical expression of regression analysis have the same form compare withstandard Brooks formula. And the precision of regression equation is higher than Leimkuler functions.4.Zone analysis and graphical analysis were used to define core journals and websites, and both results are about the same. So,under network environment, zone analysis and graphical analysis still are the important methods to define core journals and websites.
