News communication has an interaction with the social moral.This paper tries to have a reach of the news media ethics in the background of the extensive spread age. Based on the view of Marxism, traditional Chinese philosophy, ethics principle as well as the social reality. Finding out the convergence between Marxism, traditional Chinese philosophy, ethics principle through the analysis of the typical social reality.
