With the rapid development of new media technology,China's news communication is facing the new opportunities and challenges.Under the impact of the market economy,mass media has to transform and upgrade the managing model of the audience as the center,attracting audience's attention and more traffic which has become the focus of media.In this context,the reversal news in the network space which happened frequently in the past two years have come into the public eyes with the type of characteristics,and continue to become hot public opinion topics.With the change of interaction mode between the media and the audience from the one-way communication to the two-way interactive,the audience is no longer just the recipient of news information and consumers,both news producers,communicators,evaluators and other multiple roles,which means that Citizen jouenalists era has already arrived.As an important participant in the reversal news,how does the audience perform in the reversal news,what roles the audience palys in the process of the reversal news,and whether the audience should be responsible for frequent occurrence of the reversal news,which will be discussed mainly.This paper will study the audience of the reversal news,and the first chapter leads to introduce the background of this study,and the purpose and significance of the study,also including the relevant research ideas and methods,innovation of the study;The second chapter interprets the reversal news and its influence on the audience in the field of network communication.the third chapter is to analyze the concerns and behavior of audience in reversal news,and this chapter will be combined with 2013-2016 four years which include a total of50 news case to make a theme cluster analysis and a news label analysis,at the same time we will analyze the audience's expression of words as well as behavior in the reversal news;and then to sum up the audience participation tendencies,irrational and other issues in the reversal news;Chapter IV is to analyze the audience roles andPsychological characteristics in the reversal news,which based on the perspective of communicators and evaluators to analyze the audience's roles and the existing problems in the reversal news;and from the pespective of audience needs,identity,self-restraint and social cognitive psychology to analyze the psychological characteristics of the audience,and sum up the corresponding issues.Finally,according to the third and fourth chapters,we analyze the problems of behavior,roles and psychological aspects of audience in the reversal news,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.We hope that we will make some suggestions to reduce the irrational participation of the audience and avoid reversal news.The conclusion part will be extended from the audience problem in the reversal news to the thinking of the cyberspace ethic dilemma,and put forward the current importance of promoting the media and public responsibility consciousness in the network space management.
