| With the development of the process of urbanization and the emergence of more and more high-rise building, the safety of its operation becomes a very important subject in modern society. The function of the elevator monitoring system directly affects the status of elevator operation. The current elevator monitoring systems are all designed and provided by the elevator manufacturers. They have a lot of problems such as difficult wiring, mono-functioning and complex maintenance. With the development of computer control technology and network communication technology, the elevator monitoring system is becoming network, feature-rich and more versatile. Aiming at the drawbacks of existing elevator remote monitoring system, combining embedded software and hardware technology and wireless network technology and drawing on models of traditional monitoring system, we present a resolution based on 3G wireless network for elevator remote monitoring system.Then functional requirements of elevator monitoring system were analyzed. On this basis, we present the overall design of the system. Monitor function, performance requirements and overall structure were also described detailedly. It played a guiding role for the papers on the whole.After that, key technologies of elevator monitoring system were studied. These technologies include data communication between the terminal and PLC, reliable transmission for three types of data and flow equilibrium algorithm based on 3G wireless network.After analysising the above key technologies, hardware and software design of monitoring terminal were presented firstly. Operating system migration, driver development and application design and implementation for monitoring terminal were also completed. Then we analysed the function of monitoring center. Design and implementation of communication between the terminal and the server were also completed.At last, the key modules of the monitoring system were tested. The elevator monitoring system operated steadily in a company. It reduced the failure rate of the elevator, improved the efficiency of elevator operation and maintenance greatly and ensured the safety of the elevator. It shows that the elevator monitoring system in this paper has good application value. |
