| With the development of the network technology, internet construction becoming more and more mature, broadband network has distributed to various industries. Network technology is well used in developing the business of various industries. Business model of software industry is changing too. SaaS is a reflection of this kind of business model.SaaS is an application mode which provides software services based on Internet. As an innovative applied pattern of software rising in the beginning of the 21 century, SaaS is the newest trend of software developing. SaaS suppliers provide the enterprises with the internet infrastructure and a flatform for the application of software and hardware needed by informatization and as well as offer a series service such as the disposition, upgrading, maintenance of the system. So the users can subscribe the software service which they need. Customarily SaaS suppliers charge according to the service module of software which leased by the users. The users can retrench a lot of funds which originally used to purchase IT products, technology, operation and maintenance of IT products.The sale mode of software is analyzed firstly, and on the basis of further study of user requirement, the existing sale mode of software was studied, and a new model of using SaaS to manage the charge of software service is advanced in this paper. Then WINNMS product registration management system is overall designed combined with SaaS mode. The WINNMS product registration management system includes online verification module and software registration database management module. Online verification module, adopted B/S structure, implements by J2EE architecture and has an excellent extension. Software registration database management module, adopted C/S structure, Delphi as the stage development tool, desktop database Access as a database, manages the data of the system. Software registration database management system is mainly studied, software product of WinNMS-3A and hardware product of WinBAS are designed and implemented. This system can manage the hardware(WinBAS) and software(WinNMS-3A) sold by development enterprises effectively ,all kinds of hardware, record of software sell, software version, the use of dongle and registration generation code of all kinds of software versions in multi-realm licensing model. Finally, the system was running tested, the test results were analyzed, and an improvement scheme was proposed.The results of this research in this paper was used by telecommunication sector in all prefecture-level cities of Qinghai Province and has been well received recognition from both operators and end users, making some social benefits and economic benefits. The study of this paper not only has practical value, but also has reference value on the sale mode of the software. |
