Research And Design Of Service Product Management System Base On J2EE Technical Architecture

With the rapid market development of service products, the managementof the service product companies faces greater challenges. How to usetheir own advantages, enhance the management level of service products,reduce service delivery costs, improve customer satisfaction, and achievethe goal of expansion of business performance while reduce costs. And howto meet this goal of the companies is a really task of the developmentof strategic issues.In this paper, in-depth study the service product of a large enterprise,then perform system analysis and design about the services of productmanagement. Object-oriented analysis and design methods for systemmodeling module for service requests, service delivery module, andwarehouse management module carried out a detailed needs analysis, andon this basis, the service request management, service request management,service delivery program management, service delivery, order management,service delivery schedules and inventory storage management, inventoryout of database management systems such as core functionality.At the design stage, through the use of J2EE technology architectureand use the MVC design ideas and the GoF design patterns, Design andImplementation of a distributed application services product managementsystem core function module, the system has been currently on-line operation, after a period of practical application found that a highlyefficient real-time distributed application processing performance, withthe advantages of low maintenance costs and high scalability, improvebusiness efficiency and management efficiency, to achieve the desiredobjectives.
