The oil explored from the oil field are too dense to freeze under low temperature and block the pipeline, thus it becomes necessary to adopt heating measures for the pipeline though the transportation of oil. The heating system of Daqing Petrochemical analyzed by this paper is located in the area of northeast china, where the temperature can easily fall below 30 degree during winter and remain severely cold for a long time. Because of this, whether the normal transportation can be maintained is decided by the fact that fine heating equipment are adopted. Currently, this is realized by using high-temperature steam and gas fired-boiler. Temperature is the key quota to examine the heating equipment.The surveillance of the heating system is carried by workers at the scene. However, this can result in low efficiency and delayed problem detection because of harsh working condition at the scene and the huge workload. To make things worse, this can lead to hidden danger when the temperature is extremely low in winter. Considering this, it becomes essential that a highly automatic simultaneous temperature monitoring system of reliability, steadiness and speed is adopted to provide direct and trustworthy data and secure the safe operation of the system.After analyzing the realistic situation of distant temperature monitoring system of Daqing Petrochemical Oil Refinery and comparing typical communication approaches and protocols existing nowadays, this paper put forward a scheme of optical fiber network communication based on solar energy.With regard to lower computer of the system, the signal is collected and processed by temperature sensor and Adam intelligence collecting model. After researching the feature of ZigBee communication technology and network topology and analyzing the mechanism of its protocol and frame structure, the collection and transportation of distant-end data based on ZigBee is realized by the installation and adjustment of S02 ZigBee. The structure of optical fiber communication network and the hardware equipment needed by this are determined. The objective of distant temperature monitoring is realized by adopting industrial configuration software based on WEB. As for the upper computer, the center monitoring software is developed based on Advantech Web Access after the analysis of need and function. This software not only designs satisfying operating interface,but also provides simultaneous surveillance of the temperature and humidity, distant video monitoring, data record and inquiry, alarm system and administer management.After a period of testing operation, it is proved that the communication of this system, which is of steadiness, high speed, and realizable statistics and can be operated conveniently, can satisfy the need of temperature monitoring of the tracing line.
