With the transformation and upgrading of China's economy,intelligent warehousing has developed rapidly in the logistics industry.As a new solution of intelligent warehousing,the automated warehouse system for multi shuttle scheduling has the advantages of large storage capacity,high operation efficiency and good flexibility,which makes it widely used in tobacco,medicine,e-commerce,automobile,industry and many other fields.In the automated warehouse system for multi shuttle scheduling,the goods orders are usually stored in the turnover box,and the shuttle and the elevator work together to complete the goods order in and out of the warehouse.Shuttle car and hoist are responsible for the horizontal movement and vertical movement in the process of cargo transportation.In the process of the cooperative operation between the shuttle and the elevator,it is easy to cause problems such as the time of goods waiting for the shuttle or the time of the shuttle waiting for the elevator is too long.Therefore,optimizing the cooperative scheduling scheme of the shuttle and the elevator plays a key role in improving the efficiency of warehousing.Therefore,in this paper,the task scheduling of warehousing order operation is studied for the automated warehouse system based on shuttle bus.The main research work is as follows:(1)By studying the structure of the automated warehouse system based on shuttle bus and the main characteristics of equipment operation,this paper analyzes the operation process of the automated warehouse system based on shuttle bus and the factors affecting the operation efficiency.(2)According to the operation flow of automated stereoscopic warehouse system based on shuttle bus and the movement law of shuttle bus and elevator,the order operation time model of single task and single shuttle bus goods warehousing is analyzed and established.By analyzing the single task operation time model,it is described that optimizing and reducing the waiting time of order and shuttle bus can improve the operation efficiency of the system.(3)Aiming at the optimization problem of task scheduling in the automated warehouse system based on shuttle bus,according to the analysis of the operation flow of the system cargo warehousing operation,a mathematical model of task scheduling based on warehousing order operation is established,which aims at minimizing the total time of completing all orders in a fixed time window,and traditional genetic algorithm and improved genetic algorithm are designed to solve the model.Finally,the validity of the model and algorithm is verified,and the optimal task scheduling scheme is determined by taking the warehousing situation of an enterprise as the experimental object.Finally,the scheduling scheme is simulated and verified by Flexsim simulation software.Through the simulation verification of warehousing task scheduling of automated warehouse system based on shuttle bus,the improved algorithm has certain validity and stability in solving the task scheduling model.
