High speed A/D is widely used in wireless communication, braking control, automatic detection, etc. How to evaluate accurately the performance of high speed A/D by high attention. To be exact test of high-speed A\D test environment and hardware requirements is very strict. The traditional test theory and test methods are not suitable for spending increased dramatically, test. In analog and mixed-signal circuit domain, because circuit forms and processing signal, the uniqueness test theory is relatively backward, testing more difficult. Especially at present, SOC system design and deep submicron process has brought new problems, test are gradually become the bottleneck, the test engineer design to spend more energy to how to reduce test cost.This article USES yards density analysis method and FFT spectrum histogram method to test high-speed A\D performance, and based on terry reaches the company's large automatic test system (J750) realized AD7891 parameter test. High-speed Due to the high speed A/D evaluation parameter many, this paper analyzes the error, error, gain imbalance lost yards, differential non-linear (DNL), integral nonlinear, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), total wave distortion (THD), no stray dynamic range (SFDR) and other parameters of the test.
