With the development of society and the improvement of the science technology, measure instruments are widely demanded and their capabilities are required better. Great changes have been taking place on the measure instruments as the result of the rapidly developing integrate circuit and computer technology. As a representative of modern measure instruments, Virtual Instruments (VI) changed the idea of traditional instruments. Making use of the strong software and hardware function of computer, it combined computer technology with measure technology. Especially, kinds of measure instruments basing on the platform of computer are widely used for their low cost and convenient use. In the universities of having many computers, the instruments are very useful to teaching and research.On the basis of digital measure instruments and VI, The author of the paper design an integrated measure system based on computer. The system includes Oscilloscopes, Cymometer, Spectrum analyzer and so on. It can synthetically measure external signal. The key part of the system is high speed data sampling .The logical control unit of the system are integrated in CPLD . The integrated density of the circuit is improved greatly. On the sampling method of signal, A new method are used in the system and validated by experiments. The paper discussed the system scheme design. PCB design~. system debugging~. experiment results from the system whole design.
