Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is the only one government, and military enterprises in the special organization, charged with Cultivating in the party and the historic mission entrusted by the State. Xinjiang in the development and construction, maintaining stability in Xinjiang, promote national unity to combat and resist the infiltration of separatist forces abroad and sabotage border to defend the motherland and promoting stability and security of Xinjiang's economic development has played an irreplaceable special role. Under the new situation, the Corps is faced with new situations cultivating in business, new problems. Against this background, the mass media to guide public opinion, promote the development, the role of maintaining stability in Xinjiang is more valuable.In this paper, the media system as the research object Corps, from the perspective of media ecology between the various elements of the media corps, the media and the media between the media and the relationship between the external environment analysis and research.Main thesis is divided into four parts. The first part of North America and our media ecology scholars on the definition of research objects and methods were distinguished. The second part describes the media ecosystem Corps basic structure and the stability mechanism. The third part of the Corps, within the media environment and external environment analysis, looking for a strong corps media development conditions and unfavorable factors, proposed the development of strategies for the next step to provide some basis. The fourth part is the support from the policy, institutional reform, improving audience quality and strengthens cooperation among soldiers in the media corps, and several other aspects of media development in the thinking and outlook.Despite the media ecology in China has developed for decades, but still a hot academic, theoretical study related to the relative scarcity, immature, and the media ecology of a region is relatively small. This is the first ecological study of the media corps, and made a number of development proposals, in order to better development of the media corps and give full play to the role of the media corps to provide a useful reference.
