In this paper, the integrated test system is designed for a telemetry converter, it is used to simulate some status signals of launching aircraft to test the telemetry converter. The test system under the scope of ATS.Based on understanding the status and the trends of ATS at home and abroad, Through analyzeing the function of the integrated test system, this thesis presents the design program of the system, the system mainly consists of embedded computer, cable system and test equipment.computer Primarily control of the PC software to complete the human-computer interaction and data transceiver; test equipment is the core of the test equipment, it is mainly for the execution of computer instructions, and execute the corresponding action under the instruction to complete the analog signal output, test functions of the telemetry converter and recover the data after the memory read, processing and analysis, recover waveform functions; test cables system is mainly used to connect the system and UUT.The hardware of the system includes the power supply module, the data transmission module, signal generation module and the design of communication protocols within the system. FPGA is the core logic controller in the circuit, the system through the USB interface to exchange data. The whole system with strong scalability is based on principle of modular design. For the design of each module, we mainly introduce the designing of hardware and logical sequence. In addition, we detailed describe some key technologies in the design process, including the design of high-precision analog signal output circuit based on wave reconstruction technique, the design of square wave generator circuit and impedance test circuit, the design of LVDS ring bus. Finally, the performance of the system was tested, indicating that the system meets the mission requirements. Currently, the system has been successfully applied to a model aircraft field experiments, the performance and functionality are superior to those applications.
