Long-distance high-speed data acquisition between measurement and control equipment poses a severe test for reliable transmission of signals.In terms of hardware,high-speed signals are transmitted from board to device will have many problems of signal integrity such as reflection,ground bounce noise,crosstalk,transmission line loss,EMI noise,etc.To solve the hardware problems,we have to pay more attention to like good wiring drawing of PCB,reasonable construction of hardware circuit and excellent selection of transmission media.In terms of embedded software,the problem of loss and error of signals are caused by long-distance transmission of high-speed data is also urgent to be optimized,and it needs to be considered one by one in coding mode and error correction mechanism.Based on the above-mentioned so much problems of long-distance transmission of high-speed signals,this paper introduces the domestic and international research status of long-distance transmission.Firstly,according to the system function requirements and technical indicators,the whole ground test system is composed of data source,data transmission medium and data receiving,and the data processing device;secondly,the high-speed and long-distance transmission of medium and high-speed signals is taken as the research object,and the suppression or optimization schemes for the signal integrity problems existing in hardware and software are respectively proposed and added in the continuation.achieve.Thirdly,the key design and description of the two key technologies of long-distance transmission coding and automatic retransmission mechanism involved in embedded logic are made.Finally,combined with the closed-loop test system mentioned above,the three main technical points of hardware transmission attenuation,versatility of photoelectric conversion equipment,equalization ability of signal receiving terminal and transmission link error rate in high-speed long-distance transmission are comprehensively carried out,to prove this research on high-speed long-distance transmission technology that is authentic and reliable.Through the analysis of the transmission system and a large number of tests,the hybrid link with universal photoelectric conversion equipment can be used to achieve reliable transmission in 94 m shielded twisted pair cable and 10 kM optical cable at 240 Mbps,which is meeting design function requirements and technical specifications.
