The Design And Development Of Web Courseware For Stack In The Microcomputer Principle

Stack is an important concept in the Computer Architecture course,its application is always running through this course, mastery of knowledge of the stack directly affects the learning of the follow-up such as subroutine calls and returns, interrupt and so. Using stack can solve many problems of the computer, such as nested procedures, recursive calls, interrupt the realization. Since the stack is an abstract concept,it is difficult to complete teaching objectives of the stack in limited classroom time, and existing learning resources available is not suitable for students studying independently stack content. after-school.To resolve the learning problems of stack, the author proposes to design and develop a Web courseware on stack to support students learning after the course. the network courseware of stack is designed an organized about the content according to the point of knowledge, and is suitable for college students to learn independently "The Principle" and "assembly language" and other courses after-school.This paper is on basis of a meaningful learning theory, the contents of the stack is analyzed and the learning objectives is identified, the appropriate teaching strategies are designed according to the characteristics of learners, and the corresponding to the assessment scale is designed basesing on the goal level of each knowledge point to reach. The structure and function of courseware are designed basing on the teaching design. on the learning of the content, online testing, discussing and exchanging, learning resources and other functions are provided for students in the programming. Online tests have pretest and posttest. Before students start learning content, first, they have a pre-test, if they through the pre-test,they can learn. otherwise they are fed back about the content that they need to learn. Once after completing their studies they will have a post-test for checking them if mastery of the content. While students are learning they can enter the forum to discuss and exchange.After the system is completed, its function was tested and used, the contents of the tests are passed, and reach the designing goal. Finally, a summary about about the need for improvement in the design and development for future is gived, and the direction about study and research for future is pointed.
