This paper proposed an idea with establishes a Web-Based Distributed Information System for Disabled Poor Children Rehabilitation Engineering, which is based on the real needs of the system and the characteristics of current information management system. Aim of the system is to help all users of the CDPF (CHINA DISABLED PERSONS'FEDERATION) organizations and rehabilitation agencies establishing rehabilitation of disabled children treatment system better. This is good for tracking and statistical information of the project, and caring out the statistics electronically and scientifically, and improving the scientifically accuracy of management information system. The main work of this paper includes three aspects.Firstly, when researching the Information System for Disabled Poor Children Rehabilitation Engineering, we analyze all the users, relevant business and functional requirements of the system in-depth, and propose the solutions being adopted to the system architecture and database. Then we discuss the following aspect in details, including several kinds of users, some major categories in the project that can apply for Rehabilitation Engineering and all statues of the project application and the relationships between them.Secondly, we analyze the related key technologies that used to design and implement the proposed system architecture, which contain the most critical business of the changing ways of project statue in the audit process, related LINQ technology accessing the database, the ways that to make sure the synchronization and to back up or restore the database, and the report problem of realization the function of report table.Finally, we give the related information system based-on the B/S architecture. The main function can be achieved as press release or news, input and modify the information, review of project, query and analysis, statistics reporting, data export, user management, system maintenance. Practice proves that, when developing Web applications in ASP.NET AJAX technologies with LINQ technology in the ASP.NET platform is a better and advanced way for Web application development, it can improve software development efficiency and shorten the development cycle. The system designed and implemented can well meet the needs of rehabilitation engineering and can be better for all the user of CDPF and rehabilitation institutions.
