With the continuous development of science and technology, stage technology has made considerable progress. Modern stage machinery system, which contains equipment complexity and a large number of control points, only to run the machinery equipment in an orderly manner, to ensure human safety requirements. Multi-motor synchronous control technique is one of the core stage control technology, such control methods are used in many devices, such as rod group, lifting stage, revolving stage and so on. If the equipment can not run synchronously, easily cause stage chaos and personal injury, result in performance failure. This paper takes the lifting stage group as research object, expands on the multi-motor synchronous control technology research and application, major work is done as follows:First of all, summarizes and analyzes the impact of scientific and technological development on the modern stage technology, and the characteristics of modern stage machinery in the electrical and control system. Points out that the gap between China and some developed countries in the stage technology.Secondly, for multi-motor synchronous control, introduces the characteristics and control performance of axis controller often used in foreign stage technology companies. Master-slave synchronization control and output coupling synchronization control were compared, based on this basis, puts forward a hybrid synchronous control, which combines the speed parallel synchronous control with the output coupling compensation control to achieve the synchronous control of multiple lifting stage, the simulation results and engineering application show that this method achieves a very good multiple lifting stage high-precision synchronous control.Finally, in allusion to the control requirements and characteristics of the stage group consisting by a number of small-sized lifting stages, based on fuzzy control theory, the introduction of adjustment factors and the interpolation algorithm, designs a improved fuzzy synchronization controller, which is easy to realize in the PLC, theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the control device can effectively suppress the instability induced inconsequence and smaller dimension of the fuzzy control query table. According to distributed control adopted the host computer + programmable logic controller (PLC) + drive unit, which is often used in the domestic arena control system, initially given the implementation of several small lifts running to the level and waves ways.
