Today's society is changing with each passing day.While meeting material needs,people are pursuing a higher level of cultural and artistic consumption,such as opera,concert and so on.As an important carrier of presenting culture and art,the stage has made great progress with the rapid development of economy and technology.Due to the large scale and many controlled objects of modern theaters,higher requirements are put forward for its control technology.Multi-motor synchronous control technology is one of the core technologies of stage equipment control.As one of the equipment that needs synchronous operation in stage machinery,boom group has diversified forms of motion.Only through synchronous control technology and efficient communication network,can the artistic effect of stage and dance beauty,actor,lighting,scene and other factors coordinate and change be achieved.This thesis takes the speed boom as the research object,studies the stage speed boom control system based on the fieldbus control system,and expands the research and application of the multi-motor synchronous control method.The main work contents are as follows:1)Based on the background of rapid development of modern science and technology,understand the significance of synchronous control technology of stage speed boom.According to the current situation of stage control technology at home and abroad,this thesis points out the gap between China and some developed countries in terms of stable performance and synchronization effect.In view of the stage boom control process requirements,the existing problems are analyzed,and the control points and the difficult control problems to be solved are put forward.Starting from the functional requirements and technical indicators of the synchronous control of the speed boom,this thesis studies the frequency conversion matrix switching control,compares and analyzes the three control systems of PLC,DCS and FCS,and studies the theory and application of synchronous control system of stage speed boom based on FCS.2)In view of the diversity of suspended objects of the stage speed boom and the non-linear factors brought by the transmission machinery,it is difficult to adapt to the complex environment of the stage by using traditional PID control.By analyzing the principle of multi-motor synchronous control,the adaptive fuzzy PID control is introduced on the basis of the adjacent deviation coupling control to design the synchronous control method of the stage speed boom,and under the adjacent deviation coupling control mode,the conventional PID and adaptive fuzzy PID control are simulated and studied on the MATLAB platform respectively,finally,the adaptive fuzzy PID control is optimized and improved by introducing an adjustment factor.The simulation results show that the adaptive fuzzy PID synchronization control system based on the adjacent deviation coupling control structure has good robustness and control accuracy,and the adaptive fuzzy PID control with adjustment factor has better synchronization performance.3)The hardware and control software are designed for the synchronous control system of the stage speed boom.The upper computer monitoring system is developed by using Visual Studio 2019 and SQLite3,and the synchronous control algorithm is realized in the upper computer monitoring system.This thesis summarizes the research work done,and briefly analyzes some problems existing in the synchronous control system of the stage speed boom,and elaborates the future research direction.
