The Multi-motor synchronous control technology is one of the coretechnology in the stage control technology, if the Multi-motor controlincongruity, light can lead to performance failure, serious can lead toperformance accident, even cause casualties. Therefore there is greatsignificance to research the stage machinery Multi-motor synchronous control.This paper mainly aims at the requirements of stage performance to design asimulation structure of two lifting stages are to be synchronous control by twomotors and an experimental platform for the study of Multi-motor synchronouscontrol system is to be built. The mainly work are as follows:An experimental platform is to be built for the study Multi-motorsynchronous control and to simulate a synchronous control function of stagelifting platform. This experimental platform use80C52single chipmicrocomputer as the main controller, L298N as motor driver module,photoelectric encoder and coded disc as detection device. By the experimentalplatform, intuitively show the incremental PID control algorithm applied in theexperimental platform to solving Multi-motor synchronous control showing abetter performance. Then aims at load variability and frictional resistance big etcfeatures of lifting stage, combining with the different advantages of Fuzzy PIDcontrol algorithm and conventional PID control algorithm, a Fuzzy PIDcontroller is to be designed. At the same time, the two motors synchronous control system under the Fuzzy PID control algorithm and conventional PIDcontrol algorithm are respectively to be simulated under MATLAB SIMULINKplatform, each index of the two motors synchronous control system undersimulation platform is to be analyzed quantitatively. Simulation analysis resultspreliminary explains that the Fuzzy PID control algorithm is compared with theconventional PID control algorithm which applied in two motors lifting platformsynchronous control have the advantages of high control precision, stronganti-interference performance and fast response time.
