The Study On Network Public Opinion And The Reality Of Public Opinion

The paper aims to study the micro-blog news communication of city management and the relationship between network public opinion and the reality of public opinion. In order to study the network public opinion of news for urban management class in different issues.The author selected the People’s Daily and southern metropolis daily-two representative micro-blog media.Using content analysis to study the number,typs,subject and news form of city management news,analysis the statistics of the number of comments,forwarding and proportion. Statistical analysis found that, from2012to2013, there were a large number of negative news of city management. And the number in2014reduced.The violence and negative news is still a lot. But, the network media try to spread the positive news of urban management group.Because of media reports imbalances,cluster phenomenon,netizens relatively weak psychological construction and the stigma of the city management,the network public opinion is still negative.In order to study the reality of public opinion of city management group,the author interview vendors and the citizens.People think that city management are more civilized than they are on the network news,but their comments are still negative. And then, I visited10city management who come from different company to study their attitude of the network public opinion.At last,because of the distortion of news,irrational emotions spreading,absence of opinion leaders and the silence of the spiral effect,the network public opinion are amplified and covered the reality of public opinion.This requires us to build virtual public space and ensure the public reason.Media should strengthen the information filtering,purify the network news communication,solve the problem of public opinion incendiary.Network users’ speech need to base on freedom and reason.Goverment departments should open more chanels for citizen to participate in political decision.
