Pipeline transport is the backbone of economic development in the mode of transport, and energy pipeline monitoring project faced many difficulties, the existing collection system is filled with artificial acquisition mode, the pipeline crossing the mountains, rivers and desert areas, the cost of data collection is large. Therefore,the establishment of a strong, intelligent monitoring and network management system is the latest pipeline development. Negative potential of information security management and maintenance of pipeline provides an important basis for the accurate collection of oil pipeline safety, reliability, has a very important significance.This depends on the project objectives is to develop a wireless sensor network used to transmit sensor data wirelessly to a computer control software. Automatic collection, automatic processing, timing control, lower acquisition costs, guarantee the safe operation of pipelines. In this paper, use simpliciti protocol stack and expand its network capabilities, to achieve linear pipeline route network and improve the stability and robustness of network transmission.This paple completed the following studies.1. System requirements analysis, design the framework of the overall structure of the system;2. According to system requirements design a wireless sensor network node;3.
