People can not live without basic necessities, one of the the basic necessities is travelling, which is closely related to the driving behavior. Domestic and international research shows that:the human factor-related accidents accounted for about 80%,therefore, researches on the driving behavior can effectively improve the security are very necessary. This topic is proposed in the process of developing "virtual driving test platform" of human-computer interaction laboratory, the driving behavior is a process of information awareness, analysis and decision making. Through the process analysis of multi-source information integration, combined with characteristics of human cognition, using experimental test to summary the rule and the weight of multi-source information fusion, evaluating and verifying the weight of security factors by fuzzy mathematics, so the decision of information fusion is proposed, provided research base for the intelligent driving and multi-source information integration. The main work of this paper is as follows:For the multi-source information of pilot overburdened, analyze the driver's visual, auditory factors in system. Proposed allocation attention perceptual space of multi-source information model, through the multi-source information interference test set on the virtual driving platform, the impact of multiple sources of information were compared. At the same time, By studying the driver's cognitive activity, a virtual driving cognitive chain model is established, the safety factors of the driver in this model is analyzed, Based on fuzzy mathematics, a fuzzy evaluation model is composed, a evaluation system of Drivers' safety factors is built, the drivers' error and influencing factors in various stages of driving SOR are established. Through the questionnaire test on multi-source information in the experimental, the experimental evaluation of the data obtained, using fuzzy method to comprehensive evaluate and analyze. From the view of the human security factors point in Multi-source information from the cognitive model of attention allocation, researching the issue of safe driving behavior and providing reference for the actual driving the auxiliary mechanisms to enhance traffic safety and driving comfort.
