Intelligent Transport System (ITS) provides an efficient method of modern traffic and transport management to improve traffic environment and efficiency with intelligent information technology. The Intelligent Transport System has obtained the extensive attention in recent years. As the only factors which can regard as the other drivers in the virtual driving system, virtual intelligent automobiles’driver behavior decision-making plays a key role in the virtual driving system which is a very important link to strengthen the authenticity of the virtual driving system. Therefore, doing research about the virtual intelligent automobiles’control decision-making model has the very important and realistic significance for intelligent traffic, which can provide in-depth study of related data and theoretical support.This paper analyzes the factors which can enhance the immersed sense of the virtual driving system in the virtual driving experiment system, and puts forward the key technology which is needed by building virtual driving system. EON Studio virtual reality development platform are discussed and analyzed in this article, and summed up the overall structure of virtual driving system frame. Meanwhile introduces my working in virtual driving platform, including the building of the virtual 3d models of the static object, the establishment of user’s control car. And mainly expounds the structure of virtual intelligent automobiles, and then discuss the key technology which is needed by building virtual intelligent automobiles, including the 3d model of virtual intelligent automobiles and the establishment of the road traffic network information database. And the dynamic formation and management methods of the virtual intelligent automobiles are analyzed and discussed. Then using fuzzy neural network, fuzzy controller, by fuzzy judgment, to realize the fuzzy control. Fuzzy neural network control is applied to the decision mechanism of virtual intelligent automobiles which, to a great extent, can achieve real human driving behavior simulation reappeared.
