Currently, the data telecom services business has gradually become an important force for revenue growth, according to data released by the Ministry of Industry show that non-domestic communications business in the main business income, then the proportion of continuous improvement, the first quarter of 2010 rose 8% 43.6%. Thus, China's telecommunications industry was non-voice revenue accounting for a good development trend.Completion of the restructuring and 3G telecom licenses issued, any operator in order to stand out in the 3G era, we must rely on network platform to create value-added services, innovative applications and enhance the profitability of the footing. In fact, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom and other operators in the 3G business innovation is applied to the data value-added services as the focal point, data services and other non-voice business has become the ability of consumers to consider the importance of carrier service basis.In the data services and has broad prospects for development of telecom operators in the growing competition between the cases, the establishment of data warehouse and business intelligence data services revenue forecast and control system is the telecom operators in the important task of today's environment, With this system, the data can predict the future ahead of revenue trends and data services to discover the major abnormal fluctuations in revenues, according to the information operations for the data to provide scientific basis for effective decision-making, thereby enhancing the data services market share and operating income.Firstly, this paper introduces the key related technologies, including data warehouse, business intelligence technology, and income prediction algorithm, introduced the basic concepts related to these technologies and framework for the analysis and design of this follow-up to provide a technical basis.Second, according to the needs of users of the system analysis and design, this paper mainly the demand for data-oriented analysis and design methods, the main users of the system and responsibilities of the analysis, the dimensions of each functional module, business indicators for analysis, human-computer interactive analysis, revenue analysis and prediction algorithm analysis interface to data sources, including income measurement method foresee major revenue forecast by ARIMA model and to assess the accuracy of the forecasts, obtained by the above aspects of the system functional architecture, data model and data flow graph, and plan out the necessary function module program structure, specific business statistical indicators, the realization of the program provides a system architecture.Finally, the analysis and design of the structure of the code implementation and system testing, complete the entire application system, to achieve the expected goals.
