Research On Relation Factors Of Software Trusted Based On Process Improvement

Trustworthy is one of the important properties of software, research on trusted software is one of the branches of trusted computing. As people have more dependence on software products, they will certainly demand more than the traditional requirements of quality and standards of software, this is, the demand of software trustworthy. Therefore the software trusted already became the hot topic in current theory and practice research of software engineering.The trustworthiness of the software represents the software's comprehensive ability to provide trustworthy service. The trustworthiness of the software depends on whether the software's availability, reliability, safety, real time, maintainability, survivability and other properties that influence each other are trusted, any of these properties fail to meet the expectations will cause software untrusted. Therefore the software trusted involves to each link of software engineering, its measure, appraisal and improvement are also relatively complex. Current research on software trusted domestic and overseas is focus on software trusted measure and appraisal, but how to improve the produce flow of software to enhance trustworthiness of software, especially in combination with other measure of software development ability to achieve a comprehensive enhancement, is also an issue worthy of attention which has not been researched much yet.Note that because the characteristics of software development, a large part of defects that affect the trustworthiness of software are introduced in upstream stage. So in order to improve the level of software trusted, the software industry needs to solve quality question urgently in the early development process. It is also a difficulty of improvement software development and implements the software credible appraisal.According above situation, this paper presented an initial quantity research on the relationship of the trustworthiness of the software and the software process improvement. First, this paper abstract the measure method of standards and systems of software trusted and the software process improvement, analysis of the relationship between the two in theory. Secondly, this paper compared the similarities and differences between software and industrial products, introduced the Taguchi Methods that improve product quality in manufacturing, to explore how to improve the software development process to enhance the trustworthy capacity and combined the example that have been applied, gave the specific measures of applying this method. Finally, this paper use the questionnaire survey the professionals in software industry of software trusted and the software process improvement, used the data analysis tool to carry on processing and the analysis to the data, made the sorting and the analysis to software trusted and the software process improvement's key factors, and made the appraisal and analysis on degree related between the two.
